Narudžbe pakiramo i šaljemo ponedjeljkom i srijedom.

Za sve dostave koristimo uslugu paket24. Dostava traje između 2 i 4 dana ovisno o tome gdje živite. Paket ćete moći pratiti uz pomoć broja za praćenje pošiljke koji ćemo poslati na Vasu email adresu.

Trenutno nismo u mogućnosti slati pošiljke izvan hrvatske, ali uskoro proširujemo područje dostave na zemlje europske unije.

Briga za okoliš nam je jako važna, za pakiranje koristimo reciklirani papir i karton i izbjegavamo plastiku koliko god je to moguće.

Kad uputimo pošiljku, poslat ćemo broj za praćenje pošiljke na Vašu email adresu.

All plants shown are an indication of the size and quality of plants that you can expect to receive. Due to the natural variability of plants they will never be identical.

We guarantee our plants for a period of 7 days after delivery, providing the plants have not been removed from the original pot and substrate.

There should be no root disturbance or any cutting of the plant for a minimum of 10 days after receipt.
Failure to adhere to this process will render our guarantee null and void.
If you are unhappy with your order we kindly ask that you contact us at info@vivero-plants.com and provide images of the plant within 7
days of delivery.
You will be required to ship the plant in the original substrate and pot back to us for a full refund including return shipping.
